The law office of Lawyer Kiril Topchioski is a dynamic, ambitious, and innovative law firm that aims to establish long-term business partnerships with clients based on mutual trust and respect.
At our law office, we initiate and build each relationship with our clients on a foundation of understanding not only the legal aspects but also the financial aspects of the issue at hand. Our goal is to find optimal legal and business solutions aligned with the specific needs of our clients. We do not view the law as a standalone category but rather within the complexity of each situation. The extensive experience of our team members best enables us to achieve this goal.
Our law office is based in Prilep and offers its services across the entire territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, as well as internationally.
Our legal services encompass everything from technical administrative tasks to complex contracts and legal proceedings. We provide services in Macedonian and English, and for other languages, we collaborate with authorized court translators.
Our office has an authorized registration agent for electronic registration and acceptance in the Central Register of Companies and other legal entities in the country. We work with interns, lawyers, external collaborators, and other attorneys, maintaining electronic connectivity with the Central Register, municipalities, cadastre, courts, using digital certificates, and authorized access to systems used in our work. This is particularly beneficial for clients at a distance, ensuring daily communication and a fast, efficient approach with a high level of quality and accessibility. Given that a significant portion of our work with institutions is conducted electronically, we are able to provide swift service to our clients.

Lawyer
He completed his primary and secondary education in Prilep, and graduated from the Faculty of Law “Justinian I” at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje in 2007. After completing his studies, he started his practice at the Basic Court in Prilep.
Subsequently, he worked for a period in the office of Executor Jane Mitreski in Prilep, and then for several years as a trainee and legal assistant in the law office of Lawyer Mirjana Stevanoska in Skopje.
In 2010, he passed the judicial exam at the Ministry of Justice. The same year, he was registered in the Registry of Lawyers of the Bar Association of North Macedonia, and in 2011 he founded the Law Office Kiril Topchioski, where he continues to work as an independent lawyer with professional associates and legal trainees.
As the founder, he coordinates the work of other lawyers and employees, but at the same time, he is personally involved in every case and action of the office. He regularly represents clients in domestic and international courts in cases of significant value.
He also drafts contracts, especially those of substantial value and with an international element. Specifically, his expertise lies in complex lawsuits, establishment acts of commercial companies, employment contracts, management contracts, and contracts with international elements.

Legal Associate
Graduated from the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus,” University St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje in 2015, and obtained a Master of Laws LL.M. degree in 2017, specializing in Business Law. Passed the bar exam in 2018.
Began professional experience in 2016 as a legal trainee, and started working at Kiril Topchioski Law Office in Prilep in 2019 as a Legal Associate.
At the law office, responsible for representing clients in courts and other governmental bodies, providing consultancy services, and working across various fields including commercial law, civil law, employment law, business law, tax law, commercial transactions, financial law, data protection, criminal law, etc.

Law Clerk
In November 2021, she joined the Law Office of Kiril Topchioski in Prilep, where she began her professional development in the field of law.
She is responsible for drafting notarial payment orders, requests for execution before competent bailiffs, assisting in document preparation, and conducting procedures for changes in commercial companies before the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia. She communicates with institutions, assists in conducting administrative procedures, supports lawyers, maintains databases, communicates with state institutions and companies, and performs other tasks.
Maja Karalioska
Legal Associate
Maja Karalioska is a dedicated lawyer with a strong academic background and experience in criminal law. She graduated from the Faculty of Law “Justinian the First,” University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, and later obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Criminal Law from the same faculty.
Her work experience at Kiril Topchioski Law Office in Prilep began in 2021, initially as a legal trainee and later as a lawyer. With a deep understanding of the legal system and a commitment to justice, Maja assists the attorneys, provides quality legal support, and offers personalized service to clients, always striving for favorable outcomes for them at the law office.
